Relocating to a new country is more than a change of address - it is a profound life transition and reshapes daily life, identity, and opportunity. As a wife, mother, global mobility leader, and someone who has personally moved across continents multiple times, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to every client I support.

My own journey has taken me and my family through several international moves, including years spent in Canada and the United States. I have experienced the excitement of new beginnings, the uncertainty of unfamiliar systems, and the countless decisions that come with settling into a new culture. These experiences taught me how essential clear guidance, empathy, and reliable support are during major transitions.

Professionally, I led the global immigration and mobility portfolio for a major U.S. automotive company, managing complex international assignments and compliance-driven mobility programs across Europe, North America, and Asia. With more than 15 years in global mobility, HR compliance, and international relocation management, I combine strategic expertise with the perspective of someone who has lived the relocation journey firsthand.

I am passionate about helping individuals and families feel supported, while providing transparent support to HR teams. I focus on bringing clarity, stability, and a sense of direction to the complex, often chaotic, and overwhelming moments that come with starting over in a new country.

Having relocated more than ten times across the United States and Germany, I understand the excitement, uncertainty, and challenges that come with starting over. I have navigated new cultures, schools, communities, and careers, and learned how important the right support can be during times of transition.
